Following a sold-out event in 2024, we are excited to announce that we are holding this year’s Bistro Lunch, Tasting and/or Tour on Friday, September 5th, 2025. We are returning to Woodett’s in Gardnerville for a three-course gastronomic lunch by Chef Remon, after which we will make our way to The Minden Mill for tours and tastings (see details below).
This year we are adding some door prizes at both venues. Your names will be pulled out of the hat, so you must be registered and present to win at either venue. Please remember to wear your PCA name badges to help with the check-in process at the venues.
The Drive to Woodett’s
Drive leaves at 10:00 AM (please arrive by 9:45 AM) 18300 Wedge Parkway, Reno, NV 89511 just West of McDonalds between Bank of America and Chase Bank.
To kick off the day, there will be an optional group scenic drive, starting near the McDonald’s in South Reno. You can also make your own way to Woodett’s to arrive in time for the lunch. If you decide to join the drive, please check the scenic drive box as part of your registration and you will be contacted prior to the drive with more details on the chosen route.
French Bistro Lunch at Woodett’s Diner in Gardnerville

Since taking over Woodett’s in 2021, owners Christelle and Remon Zamalis have brought a distinct French flair to this downtown staple. Their highly successful, sold-out bistro dinners showcase classically trained Chef Remon’s skills in the kitchen. After lunch, we will convoy to the Minden Mill.
The prix-fixe menu is $55 per person (includes tax and gratuity) for a choice of one appetizer, choice of one main course, and a choice of one dessert. Soft drinks are included. Wine or beer is extra. Please select your meal choices from the list below. A registration table will be in reception with name cards with your preselected menu items.

Tour and/or Tasting at Minden Mill
Events start at 2:00 PM (please arrive by 1:45 PM) 1601 Water Street, Minden, NV 89423
A registration table will be in reception. Owned by the Foley Family, the Minden Mill is housed in buildings that sit on the National Register of Historic Places. The Mill can welcome a group of up to 48 PCA members for this event, who will be split into groups on arrival based on your activity choices. Activities include a tour of the facilities led by Minden Mill’s staff of mixologists and distillery experts, and a visit to the tasting rooms with a choice between their exceptional single estate spirits or a flight of wines from the Foley Family’s extensive international wine list.
The PCA-exclusive tour is $13, and the tasting (wines or spirits) will be $26 per person. All prices are inclusive of tax and service. Designated drivers are welcome to only register for the tour, then join the group in the tasting rooms to keep an eye on their passengers. The visit should wrap up by 4:30pm.
Reservations and Payment
Reservations are required with payment on this website. Payments are non-refundable. Reservations are accepted until 7 days before the event so our hosts can plan accordingly.
While numbers are less restricted at Woodett’s (80 guests), it will be first come first serve for Minden Mill where numbers are limited to the first 48. Once these limited places are taken, registration for the Mill will close. You may still join us at the Mill without registering, but you will not be part of the PCA-exclusive events or prize drawings and be on you own for a spot for tasting and an eventual tour later in the afternoon.
