On December 13th, 2025 the SNV Region hosted their Annual Holiday Party at the J Resort for 84 members. The room was wonderfully decorated with black linen with gold and white accents and centerpieces. After being greeted at the check-in table, we enjoyed mingling with friends as we bid on over 50 Silent Auction items.
The Silent Auction raised over $2,700 which was donated to the Give Hope Foundation, a local nonprofit organization generously funded by Reno-area sponsors and donors to assist Reno-area families and children with any catastrophic or life-threatening illness or disease. (givehopenv.org/). The items were donated by members and sponsors included gift baskets, books, calendars, apparel and artwork. Our host J Resort donated a 2 night-stay and $100 gift card.
“Everyone had a great time and great food. J Resort was fantastic to work with” says event chair Luci Clover. Luci would like to send a shout out of thanks to her committee.
